At this years’ Automotive EMC 2005 Conference in Nuremberg, Germany, one lucky delegate will win a complete collection of Dilbert mints!  The special prize is usually an automotive related gift, but this year the organisers were stumped for something original to present and decided on the Dilbert mints.

“Dilbert is a popular cartoon amongst the engineering fraternity and many of our delegates will feel that they have worked in a similar working environment to Dilbert.”  Says Martin O’Hara the conference chairman.  “As such we felt that these Dilbert mints were a humorous way to offer a little extra to one of the delegates at the Automotive EMC Conference this year.  I’m sure the winner will put their “Manage-mints” to good use on return to their company and use the “Accomplish-Mints” of the conference to make “Improve-mints” all-round!”

One lucky delegate will receive a complete set of Dilbert mints!

The mints will be won by the recipient of a special “lucky” ticket inserted into one of the copies of the proceedings prior to the conference.  “It’s just an extra little gesture to provide a light-hearted moment at an otherwise serious technical conference.”  continued O’Hara, “Any suggestion that these are simply “Appease-mints” is just mischievousness!”
