As one of Europe’s leading Test Houses, 3C Test Ltd are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Barry Yardley as Managing Director, with immediate effect.  Barry, a well-known figure in the industry, joins from Mira Ltd where he was responsible for the management of the EMC facilities.  In addition he previously served at TRW where he managed the EMC, Climatic and Vibration Departments.

As Managing Director Barry brings to the position a wealth of experience which will prove invaluable as 3C Test  moves forward with dramatic development and expansion in all areas of EMC Testing.

With continuing major investment in equipment, facilities and manpower, 3C Test Ltd has built a solid reputation for quality and excellence among its existing clientele, a large number of whom are major worldwide manufacturers.

3C Test is recognized and accredited by many international authorities, is a registered DTI Competent Body for the assessment of Technical Construction Files, and is shortly to become a VCA Technical Service for ‘e’ marking Automotive Components.  In addition Ford has granted 3C Test accreditation as an approved facility for testing to the full Ford specification.

The company has been assessed for inclusion in the prestigious AEMCLRP scheme and through this process UKAS accreditation for Automotive EMC testing has been gained (www.3ctest.co.uk).
